What's New In Real Estate & Life In New Orleans
Parade drought? Tell us about it. We're certainly trying to stay positive and may even drink a little extra green beer this year now that the GOAT is officially retired. Although we'll miss a second straight year of the Irish Channel Parade, we can still count our blessings. Daylight Saving time is back, the weather is magnificent, and more New Orleanians are being vaccinated every day. Feeling lucky? Well, maybe in fact, we are!
Featured Properties
Located on Baronne Street, this beautiful historic Henry Howard mansion has all original architectural details, originally built c. 1860. A welding shop/warehouse space was added to the property in 1948, and the space is now built out with a bar and ample dining room in the historic mansion and throughout the lush courtyard and pool. Offered for lease is the entire property, or the bar space can be separated from the historic home and leased separately (which could be utilized as a short term rental). The high-intensity MU-2 zoning allows for a host of uses, including restaurant, bar, grocery store, and short-term rental.

Pomegranate Hospitality - Corporate Headquarters Lease
A wonderful addition to the Dryades corridor, we were very excited to welcome Pomegranate Hospitality, the restaurant group behind "Saba" on Magazine Street, "Safta" in the River North District of Denver, and the highly anticipated partnership with the Four Seasons Hotel in New Orleans. We worked with Alon and his team on leasing 4601 Dryades Street for their new headquarters, however cannot take credit for the beautiful and sunny-eclectic interior space thoughtfully designed by the Pomegranate team.
