Out of Office: YOUR MESSAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED

Thank you for contacting New Orleans.

We are currently out of office for the summer and will return sometime between the NFL preseason and whenever the first skeleton appears on the wedding cake house lawn.

Please note: response times may be delayed due to heat, humidity, left-arm sunburn, and half of your Instagram feed posting from 30A like they personally discovered the Gulf of Mexico.

For those still in town, your request is important to us. New Orleans is wide open. The tables are easier to get, the bars have seats, the shops have room to breathe, and the people who make this city run are still here cooking, pouring, stocking, and smiling.

This is your cue to go support them. Book the reservation at Dakar or Saint Germain, sit at the bar, buy the Dirty Coast tee, and tip like you mean it.

We’ll be monitoring the hurricane forecast, hunting for shade, and doing our part one cold drink at a time. In the meantime, our listings are not out of office.

For immediate assistance, please see the listings below.

Office Update

A tiny new tenant is coming to the b+b family!

This October, b+b's own Liz Oakes and her husband will welcome a baby girl. After an impressive run managing properties, tenants, contractors, and the occasional crisis, Liz is preparing for her biggest management assignment yet.

We're thrilled for Liz as she takes on this exciting new chapter. If her attention to detail and problem-solving skills are any indication, this little girl is in very good hands.

Cheers to sleepless nights, endless love, and a lifetime lease.

If our newsletter becomes old, generic or lame, it would be an utter shame. Speak up, help us out, that's what we're all about.
