Val’s Guacamole

Ingredients:
1 pound Avocados
2 tbsp Lime juice
1–3 Minced Jalapeño (based on desired heat)
1/2 cup Minced Onion
1 tbsp Olive oil
Salt To taste
Instructions:
Halve and open the avocados, remove the seeds and scoop out the pulp into a large
bowl. Using a potato masher, mash the avocado. Add remaining ingredients and incorporate. Adjust seasoning to taste.
