Aaron Kazanoff

Aaron began working with ben + burka shortly after graduating from Tulane University in 2018. Originally a native of Austin, Texas, Aaron discovered his passion for real estate while working to finish his degree. At ben + burka, Aaron focuses on brokerage in New Orleans’ most historic areas, helping clients buy, sell, and lease all sorts of property types including multifamily, industrial, retail, and redevelopment sites. To date, Aaron has assisted with over $30 million dollars in transactions across the city. Aaron is well versed in site selection, zoning, construction, design, and investment analysis. When Aaron isn’t in the office, you can find him walking his dog, playing his trumpet, or catching a great meal.

Aaron attained a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and a Real Estate Minor from Tulane University.
