Tartine French Vinaigrette Dressing Recipe:

Ingredients:

– 2 1/2 cups white balsamic vinegar
– 2 shallots
– 2 garlic cloves
– 2 Tablespoons Dijon
– 3 Tablespoons Honey
– 3 bunches parsley
– 6 cups canola
– Salt and pepper

Directions:

Put all ingredients except canola in a blender. Mix and slowly add canola. Season to taste.
