Cure’s Spring Fever
Ingredients
– 1 oz. Singani 63
– 1 oz. Aperol
– 0.5 oz. lime juice
– 0.5 oz. simple syrup
– 0.25 oz. Chareau Aloe Liqueur
– 2 dashes Bittercube Orange Bitters
Method
Build in a tin, dry shake, and serve in Collins glass with crushed ice, orange peel expressed, and wrapped around a straw.
