ingredients

  • 1 oz Capurro Quebranta pisco (can use any pisco)
  • 0.5 oz Scarlet Ibis rum (can use any Trinidad rum)
  • 0.5 oz Huana* infused with toasted pink peppercorns (1 gram per 1 oz Huana)
  • 0.5 oz lime
  • 0.25 oz Demerara syrup (2:1 Demerara sugar to water)
  • 0.25 oz egg white
  • 10 drops Tiki bitters (preferably Bittermans)
  • 3 sprays El Dorado 8 (not in build)

instructions

Toast Peppercorns
  • Toast pink peppercorns and muddle
  • Top with Huana guanabana liqueur
  • Let sit for 1 hour and strain
Mix
  • Dry shake ingredients without ice
  • Hard shake with ice
  • Double strain into chilled Nick and Norah or cocktail glass
  • Finish with 3 sprays El Dorado 8 over the top
