ingredients
- 1 oz Capurro Quebranta pisco (can use any pisco)
- 0.5 oz Scarlet Ibis rum (can use any Trinidad rum)
- 0.5 oz Huana* infused with toasted pink peppercorns (1 gram per 1 oz Huana)
- 0.5 oz lime
- 0.25 oz Demerara syrup (2:1 Demerara sugar to water)
- 0.25 oz egg white
- 10 drops Tiki bitters (preferably Bittermans)
- 3 sprays El Dorado 8 (not in build)
instructions
Toast Peppercorns
- Toast pink peppercorns and muddle
- Top with Huana guanabana liqueur
- Let sit for 1 hour and strain
Mix
- Dry shake ingredients without ice
- Hard shake with ice
- Double strain into chilled Nick and Norah or cocktail glass
- Finish with 3 sprays El Dorado 8 over the top
