Pinkhook Bourbon Mint Julep

Pinhook Mint Julep
2oz Pinhook Bourbon 
.25oz Simple Syrup
4-5 Mint Leaves 
1 Mint Sprig 

Instructions: 

Muddle simple syrup and mint leaves in a Julep cup. Add bourbon and mix with a bar spoon.

Fill cup with crushed ice so it forms a mound at the top of the cup. Garnish with mint sprig and enjoy!
