Mojito Recipe by Anna’s
–Ingredients
– 0.75 oz Lime Juice
– 0.5 oz Rich Demerara syrup
– 2 oz Panama Pacific (3yr)
– 6 mint leaves
– 1.5 oz Topo Chico
– mint sprig for garnish
– the cutest tall glass you gave
Cocktail Method
Add your lime juice, syrup and mint leaves to the bottom of your glass and lightly press the mint into the liquids.
Add your rum and soda water and stir to incorporate. Then add ice and stir again. Garnish with mint.

*If you’re so inclined – I’d do it, I think it’s fun! – use the back of a spoon and crack your ice cubes in your hand before adding them to the drink. It’ll make the drink last longer and will be a bit more authentic.
