We worked with LeBlanc + Smith to identify this hotel acquisition opportunity. After selecting the Historic St. Charles Mansion site, we acted as dual agents on the transaction.
After closing, we consulted with LeBlanc + Smith to obtain state and federal tax credits for the boutique hotel project, which opened in October 2020. The Chloe Hotel has 14 guest rooms, a full bar and kitchen, an outdoor pool and patio area, and beautiful finishes throughout.
