We secured a lease of the former Made Grocery space at 8201 Oak St for a local microbrewery, Oak Street Brewery. During the site-selection process, it was obvious that the clear-span layout provided by the former grocery space, in combination with the site’s prime location on Oak St, would serve as a perfect fit for a new bar and brewery.
A stellar addition to the Oak Street Commercial Corridor, Oak Street Brewery offers a tasty mix of house-made IPA’s, stouts, lagers, frozen drinks, and other wonderfully crafted beers. Proprietor Kevin Greenaae carefully makes each and every drink. Kevin had been brewing exceptional beers in his garage (with the help of his family) for decades before making the jump to this kid and dog-friendly manufacturing brewery. This Oak Street space gave him the room to do what he loved for a living.
