We were involved every step of the way in the transformation of this mid-city property at 900 N Carrollton to the best BBQ spot in New Orleans. We assisted the former owner of the property in the sale of the parcel to an investor, then we helped the investor turn around and secure a lease with our friends at Blue Oak BBQ. Additionally, we acted as landlord representatives and tenant representatives on the lease to Blue Oak.

Formerly operated as Fellini’s Cafe, the building now occupied by Blue Oak BBQ provides customers with the perfect location to eat delicious sandwiches, sides, and classic BBQ entrees in a down-home environment.

We could probably come up with a list of recommendations for this spot, but you truly can’t go wrong. Ronnie and Philip know meat.
