We worked with an investor/developer to purchase this Uptown Commercial Property at 4843 Magazine St. After closing on the sale, we lined our client up with an interior designer/architect as well as a contractor to complete the renovation. We then negotiated a long term lease with Mitch’s Flowers, who still occupies the retail space.
