4536 Dryades St was a double shotgun art and crafts style bungalow that was converted into one large, clear span commercial space, and leased to French Truck Coffee. We acted as both landlord representatives and tenant representations on negotiations for the commercial lease.
Opened in 2016, this Uptown coffee shop has helped to transform Dryades St. into a quaint, highly walkable neighborhood-commercial corridor. The beautiful indoor and outdoor seating spaces at French Truck, in combination with their deep roster of coffee and food options, draw customers from all over the Uptown area.
