We represented local hospitality group LeBlanc + Smith on their purchase of this historic building at 719 Toulouse St. It was clear during the site-selection process that the on-market property, located in the heart of the French Quarter between Royal and Bourbon Streets, would serve as a perfect location for a new Leblanc + Smith bar and restaurant.
The Longway Tavern, known for its contemporary food, craft cocktails, and stylish interior, was a hotspot for French Quarter visitors and residents alike for the three years leading up to the pandemic. In early 2021, LeBlanc + Smith announced that they would be replacing the Tavern with a new food and beverage concept.
We are very excited to hear what our friends at LeBlanc + Smith have in store for this prime location moving forward. Whatever it is, we’ll be there.
